Heavy duty neck warmer that comes down over the blanket to protect the horse from water seeping in underneath the blanket. This connects to the dee rings on the blanket with elastic and snaps. This is made from 1000 Denier Cordura Nylon wth insulation and a soft nylon lining to keep the horse nice and slick underneath.
